The French company Archos is ready to invade the Android smartphone market by offering a wide range of products.
Archos 35 Carbon will be the smallest of the group, with a 3.5-inch display, a resolution of 320 × 480, single-core processor 1 GHz, 512 MB RAM, 512 MB of storage space, microSD support, 3G, dual -SIM, and a battery 1500 mAh. It will be launched with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and should arrive in April for only € 90.
Archos 48 Platinum is the flagship product in the company portfolio. With a 4.8-inch IPS display and 1280 × 800 resolution, offers a quad-core 1.7 GHz MediaTek MT6589, 3G and maybe LTE (the chipset supports it but it is unclear if it is present or not), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and FM radio. It will be launched with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and will be available in May for just € 249.
Titanium Archos 52 will be the largest with a huge 5.2-inch display, but a lower resolution and up to 480 × 800. the processor is a dual-core 1.2 GHz supported by 512 MB of RAM, 4 GB of storage, 5 MP rear camera and a 2200 mAh battery. Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich will be installed and will arrive in the month of April at a price not yet specified.
